How many guests can stay?
Up to four guests. The mezzanine has a king-size bed and the living room has a high-quality double sofa bed. One full bathroom upstairs and a guest half-bathroom (powder room) downstairs.

Yes within the historic core. The neighborhood is well-policed and busy with restaurants and bars until late. Standard urban precautions apply. Avoid walking alone east of Avenida Central into Santa Ana after midnight.
